Who is covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. It applies to furniture purchased new from Sam’s Club and used in a normal residential setting.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear, including softening of cushions, stretching or relaxation of covers, and the natural variation and patina of leather.
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, unauthorised repair or commercial use.
  • Damage from improper cleaning, including the use of products not recommended in our care guide.
  • Damage from pets, sharp objects, burns, liquids, extreme heat, direct sunlight or humidity.
  • Colour variation between production runs, between swatches and finished goods, or across natural leather hides.
  • Furniture sold as-is, as a floor model or as a clearance item, where disclosed at the point of sale.
  • Labour, shipping and handling charges except where expressly stated.

How to make a claim

Contact us before returning or repairing anything. To open a claim we will need:

  • Your proof of purchase — the Sam’s Club receipt or order record.
  • The item number of the piece.
  • Clear photographs showing the issue, plus one photograph of the whole piece.
  • A short description of when the issue appeared and how the furniture is used.

Send these to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] or call [SUPPORT_PHONE]. You can also use the contact form and select Warranty, parts & service.

Our remedy

Where a claim is valid, Riggs & Oakley will at its option repair the piece, supply replacement parts, or replace the affected component or unit with the same or a comparable item. Replacement covers may differ in colour or texture from the original where the original is no longer available.

Replacement parts

Replacement parts remain available for purchase after the warranty period ends, subject to availability. Contact us with your item number and we will identify the part you need.

Your legal rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Last updated: [DATE]. Riggs & Oakley reserves the right to amend these terms; the version in force is the one published at the time of your purchase.
